1961 mercury 70hp Merc 700 outboard cowl Badge Band Top Pull Start Latches Plate. Here’s some cowl parts from a 1961 merc 700 outboard. All parts are in decent condition. I have not tried polishing or cleaning anything. They definitely look like they will clean up. There are some dings on the chrome surrounding the cowl top part. The big band looks to be pretty nice without any major scratches or dents. Has original insulation pieces. The big front badge latch piece has no small badge. Please inspect pics for condition.
